Marcie Gillingham – CEO

Marcie started Boss Promotions in 1996 with her husband Jonathan.

In the beginning, Marcie was helping Boss Promotions grow their business one client at a time. She was involved in sales, customer relations and the overall direction.

In 2002 she became a mother. She decided that being a full-time Mother was far more important than leading Boss Promotions on a day-to-day basis.

Marcie switched her focus to being the CEO of her house and her two children. Although she never left her position at Boss Promotions her duties changed. They changed to a more leadership role on a monthly basis, working on the direction of the company.

Marcie’s true love is her family. She has raised two beautiful children to adulthood. She never missed a single moment. She attended all the sports events, and performances volunteered at the school, made daily lunches and was Super Mom! Her other passions are travelling, watching every sunset possible, and spending time with her family including the two furry ones, friends and Rombauer Chardonnay.

In recent months, Marcie has taken over the reins of Boss Promotions as both children are university students. Marcie is now the major shareholder and is responsible for the day-to-day operations and the long-term direction of Boss Promotions. Marcie has a firm commitment to Boss Promotion’s DEI (Diversity, Equity and Inclusion) goal of producing a 20% total spend with diverse businesses.
