Jennifer Carmichael – Marketing Director

Born and raised in Halifax, Jennifer came to Toronto craving big city life – after living abroad in Scotland and Japan. Starting with Boss Promotions in 2005 as an assistant on the Molson account, Jen quickly moved up the ladder and took the lead on other large accounts while learning graphic design in her spare time.

After years as a Senior Account Manager for Molson Coors and other top corporate clients,  Jen has built deep industry knowledge of how unique premiums and incentives empower and excite a client’s brand. In 2018, her attention turned to showcasing Boss Promotions as a leader in premium incentives as our Marketing Manager. Jen strives to challenge convention, push boundaries and to set trends instead of following them.

Her vacation time is split between officiating at tennis events (line umpiring for Roger Federer at the US Open was a particular highlight) and chasing around her nephews. Sometimes she needs a vacation from her vacations!
