How long have you been in business?
Jonathan Gillingham began his company by selling branded T-shirts at lacrosse games in 1991. Thirty years later, we are an $8 million company with 20 employees.
Are you associated with Hugo Boss?
No, we are not. The company was started as ‘HEY BOSS MARKETING’. At 18, Jonathan thought it sounded cool to answer his phone “HEY BOSS”, but by the time he was 20 he had grown out of it, and Boss Promotions was born.

How do I place an order?
For first time orders, please call or email us from the information on the Contact Us page. We will send you an official quote and discuss payment terms.
Can you put a logo on “…”?
Short answer, YES! We can decorate any product with various techniques. Whether it’s an engraved metal plate on a BBQ or a digital transfer on K-way jackets, we will find the solution!
Do you have a catalog?
Our catalogues are located on our Catalogues page. Alternatively, use our product search engine to find your perfect item or email us for some suggestions.
What retail brand names do you offer?
From respected brands like Sony and Coleman to trendy brands like New Era and Under Armour, we have access to hundreds of retail brands to showcase your logo.
Do you have a showroom at your office?
We have a showroom at our 123 Sunrise location that is used mainly for our Awards and Recognition division, although we do have a small showcase of new & trendy items.
What if I don’t know what product I want?
This is our specialty! Contact us with your event or theme and we will suggest items that fit within your timeline and budget.
What artwork do I need?
Ideally, your logo artwork is created in Vector format, in AI or EPS. If you don’t have vector art files we can call in our graphics team to create or adapt whatever you need for a small fee.
For embroidering a new logo, we require a special file that requires a one-time setup charge.

Can I place a rush order?
If an event has come up last minute we can usually accommodate. Having trusted suppliers allows us to lean on them, plus our in-house services give us control of timelines.
What is your minimum order quantity?
We like to say our minimum is one piece. Our suppliers set minimums that vary greatly depending on the product, but our in-house decorating capabilities often allow us to get around that.
Can I see a sample?
We can definitely get you sample of products you are interested in. For stock items, there is usually a 30-day return policy. Custom items often involve a sample cost. For either scenario please contact us for more information.
Do you import orders?
Yes we have been importing from Asia for over 10 years. In 2006 we opened our Boss Promotions China office that has greatly enhanced our sourcing and quality control capabilities.
Do you run online stores?
Yes we do! Among others, Boss Promotions has hosted the official Fiat Chrysler online stores for all of their vehicle brands.
From the graphic and design stage, through IT integration, merchandise, order processing, shipping, and follow-up reporting, we do it all.
How do you ensure compliancy and sustainability?
Boss Promotions is committed to working only with suppliers who share our core values in quality, safety, social accountability, human rights, ethics, and environmental responsibility.
Our overseas social compliancy commitment is especially strong. We hire a 3rd party assessment of all factories to ensure the proper standards are not only being met, but surpassed.
